Customs & Import Tax

Customs & Import Tax Policy

1. Overview
Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All international shipments must undergo customs checks and clearance before final delivery.
It is always the buyer’s responsibility to complete customs clearance and pay any applicable duties, taxes, or fees.

2. Taxes & Duties
In most countries, imported goods may be subject to taxes or duties.

  • Goods under a certain value or in specific categories may be exempt.

  • Tax rules, thresholds, and procedures vary by country.

  • We cannot guarantee knowledge of every country’s customs regulations, paperwork requirements, or duty rates.

3. Payment Responsibility
If your order is subject to import taxes, additional duties, or sales taxes, these will be collected by the courier upon delivery.

  • We cannot calculate these fees in advance.

  • Pre-payment for customs fees is not available.

  • If you are sending items as a gift or drop-shipping, ensure the recipient is aware of possible charges.

4. Before You Order
Please research your country’s import tax policies before placing an order.
If you know specific instructions that may help reduce or eliminate import taxes (e.g., labeling, packaging, declarations, invoices), please include them in the Order Notes during checkout. We will do our best to follow your request.

5. Important Notes

  • Customs regulations are determined by the destination country and are beyond our control.

  • Refusal to pay customs duties may result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs; shipping fees and duties in such cases are non-refundable.
