Return & Exchange Policy

    At Colinshoes, we believe that every pair of shoes should bring you comfort, confidence, and value. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return & exchange guarantee to make your shopping experience worry-free.

 

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Return or exchange must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, clean, and with original packaging and tags.
  • Each item is eligible for one exchange only. For further changes, please return and place a new order.
  • Sale, custom, or clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective.
  • Returns/exchanges must include a tracking number; untraceable shipments will not be processed.
  • Do not return your item to the address on the package. Our return center address will be provided by customer service.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Contact us via email service@colinshoes.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will reply within 24h with return instructions and shipping address.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process the refund or exchange within 1-3 business days.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after your return is received.
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method only.
  • Even if your order had free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by us is non-refundable.
  • Colinshoes do not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for return shiping costs. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Please note: If a return package is delayed or held at customs, the customer is responsible for completing customs clearance and paying any related fees. We do not cover return shipping or customs costs.

 

✅Exchange Policy

  • For size or color exchanges, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or offer alternative recommendations.

We understand that plans change. Here’s how cancellations work:

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase: **No fee**.
  • Cancellation after 24 hours or once the order enters fulfillment: 15% cancellation fee.
