Shipping Policy

Our Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time:

  • Some popular styles may ship faster, within 1-3 working days.

  • Engraved or custom orders typically require 7-10 working days to process.

Shipping Notification:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at your ordered email address.

  • This email will include your tracking details and the projected delivery date.

  • The shipping times shown in the table are Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA). Most parcels arrive within this timeframe.

  • Actual delivery may be delayed by factors beyond our control, such as flight schedules, extreme weather, or customs processing.

2. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please provide complete and accurate shipping details, including apartment/unit numbers if applicable, to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Colinshoes is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address details, wrong postal/zip codes, or missing phone numbers.

  • Claims or refund requests related to unsuccessful deliveries due to these reasons will not be accepted.

3. Multiple Shipments

  • Our warehouses are located in different regions. For orders containing multiple products, items may ship separately from different locations to speed up delivery.

  • You will receive separate shipping notifications and tracking numbers for each shipment.

4. Remote and Outlying Areas

  • Delivery to remote areas, islands, and outlying territories usually takes longer than standard shipping times.

5. Military Addresses

  • We do not ship to military addresses such as APO/FPO.
